TT series I heading machine for T iron of loudhailer, developed and designed by our factory on the basis of assimilating advantages of imported machines, is a kind of special automatic upset forging machine tool with high efficiency and without swarf. It works from raw material (coiled bar) to molding of mushroom type head or other molding.

(1)This machine adopts coupling with combination of pressure type brake and clutch which can carry out inching motion, single action and linkage operation. It has reliable performance, long and stable life.

(2)Cyclic shearing materials, the notch is flat and has no fin, the process of feeding, cutting, stabbing, ingot transmission, heading, die transposition, fine heading and shoving are automatically carried out.

(3)This machine can be easily regulated and operated conveniently with high production efficiency.
